'Femina' aims to boost the qualification of women.

‘Femina – Inclusion of Women in the Cultural and Creative Sector’ (2022-1-LU01-KA210-VET-000081625) is a small-scale partnership project, co-funded by Erasmus+ . Both of the partnership members: Luxembourg Creative Lab a.s.b.l. and Budakov Films Ltd. have been working with creative minds on various creative projects and initiatives. While recruiting or looking for freelancers, we identified the following target sub-segments of women who are active in the cultural and creative sector:

  1. Women who have creative backgrounds but are not occupied in the same field.
  2. Women who are less self-assured in their digital skills, nevertheless they are currently occupied in the CCS.
  3. Women who are working as employees but want to start their own entrepreneur or freelance path.
