'Femina' aims to boost the qualification of women.
‘Femina – Inclusion of Women in the Cultural and Creative Sector’ (2022-1-LU01-KA210-VET-000081625) is a small-scale partnership project, co-funded by Erasmus+ . Both of the partnership members: Luxembourg Creative Lab a.s.b.l. and Budakov Films Ltd. have been working with creative minds on various creative projects and initiatives. While recruiting or looking for freelancers, we identified the following target sub-segments of women who are active in the cultural and creative sector:
- Women who have creative backgrounds but are not occupied in the same field.
- Women who are less self-assured in their digital skills, nevertheless they are currently occupied in the CCS.
- Women who are working as employees but want to start their own entrepreneur or freelance path.

Boost female self-confidence when it comes to applying for a job or promoting a creative concept and so help them become an equal part of the workforce.

Inclusive Workplace
Provide cutting-edge digital and entrepreneurial skills related to the cultural and creative sector (CCS). Support women who seek to obtain new digital skills in order to start their independent freelance job.

Break Stereotypes
Create networking opportunities for women and stakeholders from the cultural and creative sector.
Provoke a dialogue between startups, VET, policy-makers, stakeholders, investors, NGOs, and etc., focused on female inclusion in the workplace.
