Activity 4 ‘Training Program Evaluation’ helped our consortium better understand and identify skills gaps of the desired outcomes of the delivered training.
The training evaluation managed to identify some training gaps and some further discover opportunities were discovered for improving our blended training program. By evaluating the quality of our training, the consortium successfully assessed whether our blended training program is able to achieve its intended outcome, and if the produced training materials and resources are aligned with our project goals and objectives identified into Activity 2 and Activity 3.’

The step-by-step guidance and real-world examples were invaluable. However, I'd suggest including some topics which concern the definition of the company's mission, vision and goals. It would be advisable if this module feature information about specifying our target audience and our competitors. Anyway, I'd highly recommend this module to my peers looking to establish a strong brand presence."
