Over the past several months, the FEMINA partnership has been diligently laboring to present you with a comprehensive suite of training modules tailored for aspiring female entrepreneurs.
The culmination of our endeavors will be made available on the project website, a platform maintained by our consortium even beyond the project’s conclusion. These modules will serve as valuable self-learning resources, although rest assured that our instructors will be on hand to facilitate live interactions with learners.

With meticulous validation and content refinement, our dedicated staff is poised to propel the training program forward. Representatives from the consortium have commenced the process of delivering these enriching sessions to our intended audience.
A notable highlight was the public training session titled “Building Inclusive Cultural and Creative Sectors,” a gathering that took place in Luxembourg. During this event, our esteemed audience was introduced to invaluable insights encompassing a variety of subjects:
- Strategic Business Structure Selection within the CCS
- Unveiling Gender-Related Barriers in Entrepreneurship
- Crafting an Effective Digital Portfolio
- Navigating Scale-up Strategies in Development Cooperation
Following the session’s completion, participant feedback and suggestions were meticulously collected, analyzed, and thoughtfully integrated.

Another significant outcome was the validation of our training program. We took great care to assess the satisfaction of our trainees, harnessing their input to furnish our consortium with invaluable suggestions for potential enhancements.
The training initiative will be made available on our project website and prominently featured on the respective websites of our partner organizations.
As a final touch, the fruits of our labor will be disseminated through our vibrant social media channels. The Erasmus+ co-funded project FEMINA (Project №: 2022-1-LU01-KA210-VET-000081625) is committed to tackling the impediments obstructing women’s progress in education, employment, entrepreneurship, and social inclusion within the realm of the cultural and creative sector. This pursuit aligns with the objectives of a small-scale ErasmusPlus co-funded project.
